  • Rez v. City of LA (LASC Case No. BC183018) - EmploymentDiscrimination: (Total Judgment for the Plaintiff) $1,512,845 = $1,183,790 (verdict) + $276,155 (costs/attorney fees) + $52,900 (additional attorney fees for appeal). Affirmed on Appeal & Final Order issued 9/27/2002.

  • Taylor v. Nabors (Ventura County Case No. 56-2011-00393016-CW-WT-VTA) - FEHA Harassment: (Total Judgment for the Plaintiff) $840,520 = $160,000 (verdict) + $680,520 (attorney fees). Judgment entered 2012. On January 13, 2014, the California Court of Appeal affirmed the judgment. (See, Taylor v. Nabors Drilling USA. L.P, 222 Cal. App. 4th 1228 (2014).)

  • Sachan v. Amerity, Inc. (LASC Case No. NC038603) - Breach of Contract/Fraud: Verdict for the Plaintiff was $717,500 + $8,224.41 (costs) + $188,143.75 (attorney fees).

  • Mastren v. Long Beach Local American Postal Union (LASC Case No. BC338224) --Defamation: Judgment Entered for the Plaintiff on 9/23/2008 for $125,000 plus costs of$4,965.
