Founder of the Long Beach employment law firm, Felahy Law Group, Allen B. Felahy, Esq., has considerable experience handling employment litigation matters as well as business and real estate disputes. Mr. Felahy is particularly skilled at representing clients in matters requiring trial by judge or jury and has secured several seven-figure trial judgments as well as countless six-figure verdicts and settlements. In addition to being an experienced trail attorney, attorney Allen B. Felahy is also highly proficient and experienced in alternative dispute resolution, and offers services in employment and business mediation and arbitration. In addition to plaintiff's work, Mr. Felahy also represents clients in defense matters and recently obtained a defense verdict in a March 2009 jury trial in a business breach of contract matter.

Oscar Ramirez
Attorney Oscar Ramirez is an experienced business and employment litigation attorney. Mr. Ramirez has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court (bench trials and jury trials), mediations, and arbitrations in general commercial business disputes, real estate matters and employment related concerns. Attorney Oscar Ramirez's clients have ranged from individuals with wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour disputes to entrepreneurial businesses and international companies requiring business litigation or general business services.
Oscar Ramirez's work has resulted in numerous favorable verdicts, judgments, settlements, and arbitration awards. He has experience first chairing a state court trial, as well as co-chairing trials in state and federal court, resulting in six figure and seven figure judgments. Boris Sorsher
Boris Sorsher is an associate in the Long Beach office of Felahy Law Group. He is a determined and aggressive litigator who participates in all aspects of trial preparation and has helped the firm succeed in numerous trials, arbitations, and assorted administrative proceedings. His experience includes real estate issues, employment related disputes, and general commercial business disputes.
Attorney Sorsher graduated from Loyola Law School, where he competed on the American Bar Association's Negotiation Team and earned a place on the Dean's List. Prior to attending Loyola Law School, Mr. Sorsher obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of California Berkeley, with an honors degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies.

Yuri Guardado

Ms. Guardado received her law degree in 2008 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and served as a senior Research Editor for Loyola's International and Comparative Law Review Journal. She also was an extern for the Honorable Teresa Sanchez-Gordon of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Zack I. Domb
Zack I. Domb is an associate in the Long Beach office of Felahy Law Group. Mr. Domb is a qualified attorney who represents clients in the areas of wrongful termination and workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment disputes. Mr. Domb also handles issues relating to business transactions and various other civil litigation matters.
Mr. Domb received his law degree in 2009 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and served as a Senior Articles Editor for Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review Journal. He was also an extern for the Honorable Edward Rafeedie of the Central District of California. Lawyer Joseph T. Sniezek has successfully handled a wide range of appellate matters, most notably Rez v.
