Allen B. Felahy

Founder of the Long Beach employment law firm, Felahy Law Group, Allen B. Felahy has considerable experience handling employment litigation matters as well as business and real estate disputes. Mr. Felahy is particularly skilled at representing clients in matters requiring trial by judge or jury and has secured several seven-figure trial judgments as well as countless six-figure verdicts and settlements. In addition to being an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Felahy is also highly proficient and experienced in alternative dispute resolution, and offers services in employment and business mediation and arbitration. In addition to plaintiff's work, Mr. Felahy also represents clients in defense matters and recently obtained a defense verdict in a March 2009 jury trial concerning a business breach of contract dispute.

Attorney Allen B. Felahy has been repeatedly featured in the Los Angeles Times, Long Beach Press Telegram, Los Angeles Daily News, Los Angeles Daily Journal, and Signal News.

Recent trial results include:

- $1,605,000.00 verdict and subsequent settlement following a multi-week jury trial in August 2007
- $940,000.00 verdict and subsequent judgment following a one-week jury trial in October 2007
- $125,000.00 verdict which included punitive damages following a one-week bench trial in September 2008

In recognition of his trial experience and expertise, Mr. Felahy was recently selected to join the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and has served as a consultant to CEB's Wage and Hour Law publication

Oscar Ramirez

Attorney Oscar Ramirez is an experienced business and employment litigation attorney. Mr. Ramirez has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court (bench trials and jury trials), mediations, and arbitrations in general commercial business disputes, real estate matters and employment related concerns. Attorney Oscar Ramirez's clients have ranged from individuals with wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour disputes to entrepreneurial businesses and international companies requiring business litigation or general business services. Mr. Ramirez is also a certified mediator. He serves as a volunteer mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program.

Oscar Ramirez's work has resulted in numerous favorable verdicts, judgments, settlements, and arbitration awards. He has experience first chairing a state court trial, as well as co-chairing trials in state and federal court, resulting in six figure and seven figure judgments. In 2009, Mr. Ramirez became a Partner at Felahy Law Group.

David M. Zeligs

Attorney David M. Zeligs is a corporate and business attorney, providing legal counsel to a wide range of businesses for more than twenty years. Mr. Zeligs' clients include both domestic and foreign entities, from start-ups to established companies. His areas of concentration include corporate formation, shareholder, buy/sell and investment agreements, trademarks and copyright registration, international business transactions, and estate planning. In 2010, Mr. Zeligs became a partner at Felahy Law Group.

Boris Sorsher

Boris Sorsher is an associate in the Long Beach office of Felahy Law Group. He is a determined and aggressive litigator who participates in all aspects of trial preparation and has helped the firm succeed in numerous trials, arbitations, and assorted administrative proceedings. His experience includes real estate issues, employment related disputes, and general commercial business disputes.

Attorney Sorsher graduated from Loyola Law School, where he competed on the American Bar Association's Negotiation Team and earned a place on the Dean's List. Prior to attending Loyola Law School, Mr. Sorsher obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of California Berkeley, with an honors degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies.

Yuri Guardado

Yuri Guardado in an associate in the Long Beach office of Felahy Law Group. Ms. Guardado is qualified employment law attorney who represents clients in the areas of wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment disputes.

Ms. Guardado received her law degree in 2008 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and served as a senior Research Editor for Loyola's International and Comparative Law Review Journal. She also was an extern for the Honorable Teresa Sanchez-Gordon of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Ms. Guardado graduated in 2005 from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a minor in International Relations.

Zack I. Domb

Zack I. Domb is an associate in the Long Beach office of Felahy Law Group. Mr. Domb is a qualified attorney who represents clients in the areas of wrongful termination and workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment disputes. Mr. Domb also handles issues relating to business transactions and various other civil litigation matters.

Joseph T. Sniezek

Attorney Joseph T. Sniezek, Of Counsel to Felahy Law Group, is an attorney whose practice emphasizes on appellate matters, writs, law and motion, and legal research. Mr. Sniezek leads Felahy Law Group's appellate and law and motion departments.

Lawyer Joseph T. Sniezek has successfully handled a wide range of appellate matters, most notably Rez v. City of Los Angeles (see, Verdicts & Settlements), an intricate appellate matter involving numerous evolving employment law and trial issues. In addition, he has been successful in voluminous other appellate and summary judgment proceeding, including Mastren v. Scroggins, et al. (see also, Verdicts & Settlements).
